DESCRIPTION
Column Boom Systems; It is a system designed to meet various welding needs, such as circular and longitudinal welding of cylindrical plates and steel constructions, with the help of a rotator or positioner. It can be preferred as fixed or mobile, depending on the need.
GMAW (MIG/MAG), GTAW (TIG), or Submerged Arc Welding Machines (SAW) power units can be preferred as the welding method on the system.
Column boom systems can perform welding independently to the workpiece and longitudinal or circular welding on the positioner or rotator. It can be produced as moving on the rail or fixed to the floor.
Column boom welding systems can be produced with 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6 standard production and with telescopic boom features if needed.
It guarantees perfect welding results with linear rail and hardened gear systems for vibration-free welding.
It provides the opportunity to increase the quality of the produced product, reduce time and operator fatigue, reach the necessary welding standards, and get long welding times.
